operatienaad 01:13 Mar 7, 2011
perhaps they mean with 'naad' the narrow channel running through the stricture
it says: 'oprekken van de vernauwing door de operatienaad'
you could paraphrase this as 'oprekken van de vernauwing door the narrow channel (naad) where the procedure (operatie) needs to be carried out
probably they need to pass a balloon through (door) 'this channel'
I can imagine that this stricture looks like a 'naad' if you at it from above
this interpretation would explain the absence of invasive surgery
but I must admit it would be peculiar use of language |
