Medical - Medical (general) / Notes from a Non-conforming report - pharmaceuticals
Dutch term or phrase: rolbuizen
De entverdunning voor het xxx deel wordt 3.3 ampul voor 17 rolbuizen, ipv 4 ampullen voor 17 rolbuizen.

There is no more context. Here is another sentence that would indicate the size of these rolbuizen:

Rolbuizen zijn aangevuld tot 450ml ipv 600ml.

English translation:roller bottles
Explanation:
Roller bottles are used in labs and companies to grow cells that may normally grow attached to the bottom of culture flasks. Growing them in roller bottles means they will grow in solution, or attached to carriers, which makes it more feasible to grow them on a larger scale.

vial tubes

Explanation:
Sounds like "vial tubes" often simply referred to as " tubes". Bacteria, for example, is often cultivated in "tubes" in laboratory experiments. They are similar to test tubes, but more like the small bottles that are often used for perfume samples.

If these tubes can hold up to 600ml, they would be rather large for vial tubes, so maybe "tubes" would be the best option.

agree  Ron Hartong PhD: When the tubes are being rolled instead of being placed in a rack, they are often referred to as 'roll tubes'.

Explanation:
Roller bottles are used in labs and companies to grow cells that may normally grow attached to the bottom of culture flasks. Growing them in roller bottles means they will grow in solution, or attached to carriers, which makes it more feasible to grow them on a larger scale.

Example sentence(s):
  • Transfer from a roller bottle-based production process into large-scale microcarrier culture with starting concentrations of 2g/L Cytodex 1 microcarriers and 2.0 x 10(5)cells/mL was successful.
  • The present study evaluated whether high hydrostatic pressure would inactivate the YF 17DD virus. YF 17DD virus was grown in Vero cells in roller bottle cultures and subjected to 310MPa for 3h at 4 degrees C.
