verslag van RX-THORAX FACE/PROFIEL

Please help.
If ' pleuroparenchymal' is the correct translation, how do I translate 'evolutieve' and 'letsels' in this context.
Thank you.

no active pleural or parenchymal lesions
Explanation:
does not mean there are no old lesions, such as fibrotic scar from TB.

I don't think we are talking about "injury" (which suggests trauma) here.

We tend not to use "evolutive" or "evolving" in medical English, and even more rarely "evolution" > progressive disease, active processes, changes are alternatives depending on the context.

Basically this means there is no evidence on the CXR of active disease.

You could also say "no pleural or parenchymal lesions suggestive of active disease/pathology".

BTW RX-THORAX FACE/PROFIEL is Chest X ray (or CXR) PA/lateral

A standard CXR is taken from the back so it's posterior to anterior (PA) rather than anterior to posterior (AP) but that's probably too much information ;-)

Explanation:
After a severe injury the cardiovascular response can move from cardiac arrest to shock. Since cardiac arrest is an evolutive injury, it has been suggested that the optimal treatment is phase-specific and includes:

Asker: Thank you SJLD! That makes sense, as it is a report to accompany an immigration application to Korea, I was wondering if it was to exclude TB.

Asker: not at all too much information thank you so much(-:
