Yes, but I don't think we can translate simply as tissue. If the term "trama" is indeed influenced by the French "trame" (and I believe it is) then we have to take into account the meaning of the French "trame" in the context of a chest x ray - it refers to the patterns made by the network of vessels, airways, etc. against the interstitial background. trame = weefsel
in this case it means = longweefsel

normale tramatekening = normale tekening van het longweefsel
