'Vrije costofrene sinussen en longtoppen'
Clear costophrenic sinuses and tops of lungs does not sound right...
There must be a better term for 'longtoppen'.

Asker: Thank you so much. No it says 'longtoppen'. I suppose as it is a RX-Thorax it is a x-ray of the right lung only and therefore apex singular? I did not realise the covering letter was medical, I stick to legal from now on, with full admiration of the medical translators(-:
