Here's the only context:
"Prof. X, hoofd van de afdeling Chirurgie en voorzitter van het divisiebestuur Chirurgische Specialismen in het ziekenhuis, is zich sterk bewust van het gebouw, zijn infrastructuur en inrichting en van de veranderingen die zich daarin hebben voltrokken en nog zouden moeten plaatsvinden. Dat begint bij wijze van spreke al als hij ’s ochtends het gebouw binnenkomt.
‘’Het >>seinenrek<<”, zegt hij, “dat kán eigenlijk niet meer. Iedereen heeft tegenwoordig een BlackBerry of iPhone."
