neutral  Terry John Costin: I think if the original term referred to abnormality alone, that the Dutch version would express something like 'geen afwijkingen gevonden', seems the term indicates 'nothing (noteworthy) of particular importance detected'

  -> If written in full, it might say nil noteworthy or nil of note but abbreviation used is nad which doesn't really mean much different
