Wanneer bij het verstrijken van een periode gesteld voor een gebruiksvorm of voor een opneming in een gebruiksvorm, niets is overeengekomen inzake verlenging of wederopneming, noch inzake het vervangen van die gebruiksvorm, dan wordt het gebruik van de kredietopening voor een overeenkomstig bedrag geschorst tot in gemeen overleg een verlenging, wederopneming of nieuwe gebruiksvorm is vastgesteld.

het is hetzelfde als "toepassing", maar gebruiksvorm is gewoon archaïscher of ongewoner in het gebruik, de hele tekst lijkt me nogal archaïsch of extreem legalistisch met "gemeen", "wederopneming" etc.
