Dutch term or phrase: Wil licht
Deze zijn voornamelijk bestemd voor het optreden in slecht verlichte of bebouwde omgeving waar weinig of geen omgevingslicht is. Om doelen in snel wisselende of onoverzichtelijke situaties te kunnen identificeren is wil licht of infrarood licht nodig.

It appears not to be a typo for "wit licht" - which also appears. since it is capitalised at one point. I can't find anything about "WIL Light" so still in the dark...
