Thank you. I think this is the best translation since this term applies to the Dutch situation only anyway. There is some sort of explanation at the beginning of the document which will make clear what is meant to an English speaking audience.

That is the reason I thought: Immigration Authorities could be a reasonable translation of this specific Dutch term.
