Dutch term or phrase: welgezind
Interview with a Flemish eyewear designer, who counts Bill Gates among his clientele (!). Some styles sold under the name Theo. "Well-disposed" seems rather inadequate!

“Een Theo-drager is welgezind”

Good-natured might be closest in meaning to welgezind, but it just doesn't seem to fit into the list. Would a trendy eyewear designer really want to appeal to good-natured spectacle wearers?? Like Bill Gates???? ;o)) I think positively minded goes well with the rest, or perhaps "a positive mindset". Thanks to everyone for their contribution.

-> any answer is always the personal choice of Asker, no matter what. Gates has a kind, generous side to him too. good natured and extravert don't particularly shock me. and you can't build a company without being positive ;-) .
