Does anyone know this please? In a child benefit agency customer contact report "Rapport Klantcontact"
Thanks for any help and sorry there is no more context
Hi Ann. 5 years on.... I have noticed that I never awarded points for this. I think you deserve the points for having a bash (which may well have been right - cannot remember if I found out what it was). Sorry for the delay!! 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
thanks to both of you for your ideas. V. I suppose could be Verzekering but it does not really go with gemeentelijke. One thing I was wondering is whether it could fit with a sort of aliens' register - perhaps you know what I mean - the child benefit is fior a British couple in Holland and perhaps they have to be registered on the Gemeente's books or soemthing but I cannot think how the abbreviation would fit in that case... OPtherwise I will just take writeaway's advice and contact Roermond. Many thanks to you both
gemeentelijk v.... administratienummer. sounds a valid possibility, but any options somewhere else on the form that might hint at the v...?
And any chance it might be a misprint for Gem.Basis.Admin (GBA)?
i there writeaway. Name of the agency is the Roermond branch of the Sociale Verzekeringsbank. nothing else very much I can tell you - it comes under the registratienummer and there is another abbreviation in the next box: AKl or AKI - don't know if that is significant. I was wondering if the GVA thing could be some sort of Social Insurance no. but am a bit stumped.
