Both other suggestions seem suitable, but what about this one? Have you got more context which will give us some clues?

My gut tells me that the Dutch sentence is a translation from English already, so in that case Kate's suggestion of the 'results tracker' is your safest guess.

'Resultaatspoor' sounds like one of those weird translations desparate translators come up with when they are not sure.
