'non-stitched through breast-pocket' will be (quite) correct;
'Uni-like qualities' as well

But 'uni's and false-uni's' doesn't do it for me.

I know it refers to (a.o.) shirts , but I'm not sure if it refers to the colour (unicoloured and shirts which look as if they are uni-coloured). Do you have more context?

Or maybe you should just wait and see what others can come up with...
