Dutch term or phrase: een onherroepelijk vonnis of arrest
In the sentence:
Jegens uw onderneming is door middel van een onherroepelijk vonnis of arrest geen veroordeling uitgesproken op grond van artikeln 147 ............

This seems to be a fairly standard clause in Dutch-language European tender documents but I can't find an authoritative translation. IATE talks about a 'final judgement' or 'res judicata' for "onherroepelijk vonnis ". I think the gist is that no final judgement should have been entered against the company but does anyone have any more precise translation ?

Notes to answerer
Asker: So we seem to have 3 words that mean about the same - veroordeling, vonnis and arrest. Is this just legal overkill? Doess it mean anything more that the idea that the candidate should not have a final/irrevocable/ judgement against him?

agree  Jack den Haan: Juridisch Lexicon [Van den End/Gateway] also defines 'vonnis' as ruling/sentence or decree (in the case of divorce). It renders 'arrest' as judgement or ruling.
