Dutch term or phrase: buiten rechte ontbinden
As in the sentence:

.......heeft het recht de overeenkomst direct buiten rechte te ontbinden.

I take it means annuling the agreement but without going to court ?
There are a few Google hits for "extra-judicial annulment" and "out-of-court annulment" but too few to be confident. Anybody know what the correct phrase is ?

Many thanks - I have changed this to the form used in the lexicon referred to in one of the notes but I think your suggestion would have been OK as well.
