show office

Explanation:
I have seen it very often, preceded by the commercial name, for companies that organize all kinds of events, fairs, congresses, etc.

disagree  Lawyer-Linguist: the "show office" is normally a designated place on-site at a show/event, set up to handle vistors' enquiries etc, it's not the event organizer (which may handle multiple events at the same time as its business)

For writeaway's benefit, I should add that Google had nothing to do with how I came up with this answer - I just used it to back up my initial idea. My initial thought was derived from the fact that a friend of mine runs precisely this sort of business, and he calls himself an "event planner".

neutral  writeaway: number of Googles is impressive but not always a great way to push for an answer. context doesn't count and that often makes it a misleading indication. agree event planner is also fine.

-> Well, yeah, sure, you're stating the obvious re Google hit count. But have you even looked at this particular example, or are you just making a general point? If you agree event planner is 'fine', then why not an 'agree'???
