"Indien zich ... een ongewoon voorval voordoet of heeft voorgedaan waardoor nadelige gevolgen voor het milieu zijn ontstaan ..., meldt de uitvoerder het ongewoon voorval zo spoedig mogelijk telefonisch aan de inspecteur-generaal der mijnen"
The term is used in 'Besluit algemene regels milieu mijnbouw', where it is initially defined as 'ongewoon voorval: voorval als bedoeld in artikel 17.1 van de Wet milieubeheer.' Cross-referencing doesn't help much. Provisionally, I've translated it as 'reportable incident'. However, I would appreciate suggestions from anyone familiar with HSE terminology! |
