Without any further context (except for your other medical question ('vrijprepareren')), it's simply impossible to give a fullproof answer. Medical (and other) reports tend to use the most commonly used acronyms; 'mmbh' could, therefore, stand for Multidisciplinary Management of Breast Health, even though author should have used capitals MMBH (instead of 'mmbh').
