'Dressings' should probably be 'dressers' (ladenkasten). I'm not sure about that. This is Flemish so I thought it might be the same as the French 'dressing', which is dressing room. Anyhiw, the customer is looking through it now so we will soon find out.

I think that "integratie" is the grammatical subject of the second sentence, meaning that "leiden" should be "leidt", and I also think that the part of the sentence placed between commas, explains what is meant by "omgeving".

What do you think of this interpretation ?

It makes sense that "integratie" "de in- en doorloop leidt", but that "slaapkamers" or "bad- of gastenkamers de in- en doorloop leiden" can´t be right, don´t you think

If this were the case it should be "the POSITION of the bedrooms and bath or guest rooms" "leiden de in- en doorloop"
