Kitty Brussaard: In dit geval zou ik dan zeggen 'housing applicant' :-) / Ik dacht hierbij eigenlijk aan de later verstrekte context: Wat is de procedure voor inschrijving als woningzoekende? Lijkt mij overigens niet afkomstig uit een huurcontract.
