Dutch term or phrase: Vlieghuis (Gasuni)

I'm translating a text from German to English about an energy project along the Dutch-German border. From googling, I reckon Vlieghuis is a town, but I do not know what Gasuni means (I've also seen it spelled as Gasunie). Can you please tell me what it means, as I don't speak Dutch. (well, i could probably order a beer in Dutch, but that is as far as it goes! ;-p )

Op 1 januari 2002 heeft een organisatorische splitsing van de N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie plaatsgevonden. Dit kan beschouwd worden als een tussenstap op weg naar een te verwachten juridische splitsing. De strikte scheiding tussen handels- en transportactiviteiten is noodzakelijk in het kader van de voortschrijdende liberalisering van de gasmarkt.
De verkorte naam Gasunie heeft sinds 1 januari 2002 alleen betrekking op leveranciersactiviteiten (gashandel) - niet op netwerkbeheer (gastransport). In verband daarmee zult u vanaf heden het vertrouwde Gasunie-logo veelal aantreffen met de toevoeging Trade & Supply.

The organisational division of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie was implemented on 1 January 2002. This may be seen as an interim step towards the planned legal division of the company. Strict segregation of trading and transport activities is necessary in connection with the further deregulation of the gas market.
With effect from 1 January 2002, the abbreviated name Gasunie will relate solely to the supply activities (gas trading) - and not to the network operations (gas transport) - and the familiar logo will be expanded to include the words \'Trade & Supply\' as from that date.

If Vlieghuis is indeed the name of a place you could translate it as the Vlieguis branch/ plant (?)/ site (?) of Gasunie.

I just confirmed that Vlieghuis is a village in Drenthe, which borders on Germany.
