Dutch term or phrase: couverteren
Concerning the distribution of leaflets and other printed material.

I looked in my Van Dale, but only found the noun "couvert".

Does the verb "couverteren" exist and if so, what does it mean?

English translation:envelope stuffing
Explanation:
in line with the previous answer, if your context indicates that this is being done on a large scale, then it's 'envelope stuffing'. If it's just a single letter, then it's just 'putting it into an envelope'.

Explanation:
I think this is along the lines of all those 'to the householder' envelopes, which come ready-stuffed and are mass-distributed. The Van Dale monolingual gives the term for a 'couverteermachine'.
