Explanation:
While doing the research on this, it appears to me that the terminology is slightly different in the USA with respect to this context. In the USA care is not really referred to, the word custody is predominantly used. They are talking about percentage of time, and amount of money for the children, not about who will do what with the children. In the Netherlands zorg, or care, encompasses all care, whereas in the States, care is more referred to in health care and in child care. Read the very interesting pages in the first reference on Child Care, Child Custody, Child Support, etc. to finally make up your mind, although the above would be my solution.
