Dutch term or phrase: onvermindernd
I can't get at the meaning of "onvermindernd" in the following sentence. Can anyone help?

without prejudice to
Explanation:
I guess it should read 'onverminderd', not 'onvermindernd'.

According to Van Dale N-E, 'onverminderd' in a legal context means "without prejudice to". Seems like a possible translation to me in this case.
