Dutch term or phrase: I.E.
The place of publication of a certain patent is stated as "I.E. 2003/09".
I assume this is the Patent Gazette, issue 09, year 2003. What is the expansion of "I.E."?
(Comment: The Official Government Register (Staatsblad) is sometimes referred to as the "Official Gazette". This is not the same as the Patent Gazette of the Netherlands Patent Office. Obviously, "I.E." does not stand for "Staatsblad".)
