in registerbedrukking printed in registration Explanation: 'registration = in color printmaking or machine printing, the process of aligning the impressions of blocks or plates on the same sheet of paper.' http://www.ackland.org/tours/classes/glossary.html 'The blocks are all cut and **printed in registration** so that each block and color line up with the others as closely as possible. comment Explanation: I suspect the second part of the sentence means that the logos are not to be registered (aligned) to the boundaries of what is being printed (labels, sheets, or whatever), but instead a continuous series of positive and negative images of the logo is to be printed such that it is broken by the boundaries at arbitrary or quasi-random locations (including in the middle of a logo). This could be done for labels or even letterheads to give a sort of banner effect. |

print registration Explanation: Example sentence for you: The recurring logos must be equidistant, not using print registration settings (i.e. continuous printing of alternating positive and negative images). Is that any help? Reference: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/printer/v1r1/index.... |
