No answers so I think the best option is my first suggestion: "colour-match flexo packaging with offset printing" or "colour-match flexographically printed packaging with offset printing".

Don't think so, Sindy. I asked a colleague about this and he thought that what they are getting at is matching the colours between the two types of printing (Flexographic printing and offset printing use different inks. Hence you have to know what you are doing to get two products, printed by different processes, to have matching colours).

The general idea then being that through control of the steps in the production process, one is able to acquire the same colour quality for flexo packaging as one might expect from offset printing.

I think 'voor' should be read as 'qua' (in terms of) in this case.
