one could maybe add with little talent to give expression to the "arm" part of kansarm.

Asker: without talent klinkt mij niet goed in de oren, ik ga voor underprivileged (het is er wel maar heeft geen kans om ontwikkeld of ontplooid te worden).

  -> The essential ingredient for any entrepreneur is the ability and preparedness to SERVE (a need).
disagree  Max Nuijens, MSc: there is talent, but the opportunity to capitalize is limited because of poor condtions. I read your second note. The fact that the talent may be kansarm, does not diminish the talent itself in any way. I think you misread the term.
