As relevant google hits with uitwerp(en) and uitworp in combination with 'daten' or 'gegevens' aren't exactly numerous, I suspect this is an example of mistranslation or a calque. In this regard, the following eulex document is interesting:

Here you can see that 'uitwerpen' and 'uitworp' are set against 'rejeter' or 'emiter' and 'rejete' in French, 'freisetzen' and 'Emissionen' in German, and 'discharge' (verb and noun) in English. My guess is that 'output' probably lies in the same neighbourhood as 'uitwerpen' and 'uitworp' in your context.
