Ik doceer aan de CHE als docent supervisiekunde en coaching en ben begeleidingskundige. Het doen van begeleidingskundig onderzoek is een nieuwe loot aan de coachingsteam. Dit onderzoek vindt plaats binnen organisaties en is reflectief van aard. Tijdens het onderzoeken wordt gebruik gemaakt van allerlei caochingstechnieken waardoor de onderzochten terstond reflecteren op hun eigen situatie in relatie de organisatie waarin ze werken. Al onderzoekende vinden er al veranderingen plaats of wordt er een bedding voor veranderingen gegraven. Komende tijd hoop ik daarover eens iets te publiceren wat op de site komt te staan. Het is plezierig te werken binnen het bestuur waarin verschillende mensen zitten met elk hun eigen kwaliteiten en bijdragen. Hopelijk worden we een vereniging met enthousiaste leden die elkaar steunen en toerusten.
