Dutch term or phrase: verhoogd gabariet
Its the Belgians again, going off and incorporating French words in an architectural text.

"Aan de kant van het water kunnen de bouwblokken een verhoogd gabariet krijgen."

The french "gabarit" does not make me wiser. Who knows what they are referring to and what is it in good English?

raised moulding
Explanation:
One translation for 'gabarit' is 'moulding' and verhoogd could mean raised as in, in relief.
More or less a guess though 'raised moulding' gets many hits on Google.

Thanks,
the late grading is due to the fact that the answer does not really fit the context. Building volumes and waterside clearly refer to architecture and not doors or window sashes. I still have not received aclear answer from the client either.
