It seems that the supplier was working with college drawings, where certain items had been indicated and is not having to be ordered, but apparently did have to be ordered subsequently. HTH |

allocated, made available Explanation: The complaint is that additional orders were needed, which should not and could not have been necessary ("dit mag en kan niet nodig zijn" = mag niet nodig zijn, kan niet nodig zijn) because the material was allocated/assigned according to coloured plans In other words, "you're working with the plans that allocate the material, so I shouldn't have to place additional orders" uittrekken = beschikbaar stellen (Wolters NL>NL dictionary) |
