Komt zonder verdere context voor in een opsomming van de voorjaarscollectie van een kledinglijn.

Weet iemand hoe dit heet in het Engels?

undercollar or under collar
Explanation:
It seems to exist in English too as the under-side of a collar of a jacket for example. I don't think the spelling is agreed on, but I would prefer a hyphen or everything in one word. Otherwise 'under' can get confused with a preposition.
