Dutch term or phrase: Ramen

In deze beleidsregel wordt verstaan onder:

a. Vensters: ramen, lichtranden en partijspoorten;
b. ramen: Met glas afgesloten openingen in de scheepshuid;
c. frame: de omlisting van een venster

Everywhere I have looked ramen (in this context) is tranlated as windows.
How can I translate ramen here?

thats the right translation
only when used different it can also meen frames
but in you,re case it is windows
