Dutch term or phrase: Vertramming

This term is used where a bus or rail line switches over to a tram line (http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vertramming). Tramming is obviously not an option.

Explanation:
As in: bus or rail line switches to tram tracks.
The switching, I imagine, is more descriptive than literal.
I am going by your interpretation of the word 'vertramming', but without further context I think Ollie's and Sindy's interpretation makes just as much if not more sense.
