Dutch term or phrase: champignon / paddestoel
Comment traduire : "ook de champignon is een eetbare paddestoel" puisque le mot paddestoel et champignon se traduisent tous les deux par "champignon". Ce que les Néerlandais appellent "champignons" ce sont les "Champignons de Paris", mais rajouter cette appellation me paraît bizarre...

'champignon' est un nom générique


Explanation:
ici on parle effectivement du Champignon de Paris, le plus connu (en fait presque le seul connu par la majorité par exemple en Belgique). Dans d'autres pays, beaucoup d'autres types sont employés en cuisine, par exemple en Catalogne, où l'on mange les Trompettes de la Mort, les Rossignols, et beaucoup d'autres "bulets".
