De kenmerkende Mogolstijl is een stijl die een groot deel van de beeldentaal van de Indiase juwelen overheerst en herkenbaar is als een mix van verschillende ingrediënten, waarbij het veelvuldig gebruik van email, goud, speciaal gezette edelstenen en parels opvalt. Mogolstijl staat in feite gelijk met het juweeltype van noordelijk India. De spil is niet de mode, maar religie. |
