L'organisme agréé qui a introduit auprès de l'Administration de la Circulation routière et de l'Infrastructure le rapport relatif au prototype, vérifie, -au moyen d'un contrôle de production effectué par sondage, en recourant aux mesures et essais prévus pour l'homologation du prototype- que les équipements fabriqués en série sont conformes au prototype. De plus, il peut à chaque instant vérifier si l'appareillage et les méthodes de contrôle employés par le fabricant sont satisfaisants pour atteindre l'objectif fixé par le présent arrêté, et il vérifie aussi les résultats des contrôles.
