Er bestaan ook 'nahangprocedures'. Nahang wil zeggen: nadat de Raad van State heeft geadviseerd en de Koningin een besluit heeft vastgesteld (dat doet ze door het besluit te tekenen), mag de Tweede Kamer en/of Eerste Kamer er nog naar kijken. |
