"netto financieringswaarde"
Dit de totale waarde van een lijst met vorderingen op debiteuren die overblijft nadat – aan de hand van door de bank gehanteerde criteria – is vastgesteld welke vorderingen wel en welke vorderingen niet kunnen dienen als onderpand bij een financiering
"afloopcontrole"
Met de afloopcontrole wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt welke mutaties in een lijst met vorderingen op debiteuren hebben plaatsgevonden tussen moment A en moment B.
(Voorbeelden van mutaties: er zijn nieuwe facturen aangemaakt, er zijn facturen betaald, er zijn facturen gecrediteerd etc.).
Saldo moment A + optelsom alle mutaties = saldo moment B
"ouderdomsanalyse"
De ouderdomsanalyse geeft inzicht in de ouderdom van vorderingen op debiteuren / schulden aan crediteuren. Met ouderdom wordt bedoeld hoe lang een vordering / schuld openstaat. |
