ça peut être deux choses, les frais d'hébergement des employés (sur les notes de frais) ou les frais d'hébergement de la société... (s'ils louent des locaux)
"Frais d'hébergement" s'applique plus aux frais des employés (hôtel etc.).
Si c'est l'hébergement de la société, ce serait plutôt "loyer" je pense

De activiteiten van de vennootschap worden uitgeoefend in het pand aan de...). J'avais pensé à "frais de bâtiments d'exploitation", mais il y a peut-être un terme plus approprié
