La loi (belge) stipule que si des travaux prévus au contrat ne sont pas réalisés à la demande expresse du maître d'oeuvre (p.ex. en cas d'évolution du besoin), l'entrepreneur a droit à "un juste dédommagement du manque à gagner". Peut-être s'agit-il de cela? |

Asker: Oui, mais je me demande juste comment on pourrait parler d'un règlement de travaux non exécutés, car il faudrait, au contraire, les rembourser ?
