Dacht ik te vertalen als volgt, maar ben niet zeker :
"En cas d'existence de descendants au jour du décès, la donation sera réduite à la plus forte quotité disponible en pleine propriété, sans toucher à l'usufruit légal de toute la succession revenant au conjoint survivant." |

Ik zou het zo vertalen, want "réduite" houdt in dat er sowieso een vermindering is, een verkleining... terwijl ik van de originele tekst niet echt dat idee krijg. Wat denk je?

Volgens mij klinkt het goed zo:
