L'utilisation de "quelle... que ce soit" pour chaque "enig" produit un horrible effet en français et je m'arrache les cheveux de la tête pour trouver une solution satisfaisante. Qui ô qui pourrait m'aider à y voir plus clair?
Voici la phrase-paragraphe dans son entièreté (il s'agit d'une disposition juridique du contrat où il est question de la non-violation de droits intellectuels):
