Peut-on traduire tout simplement par "maintien" / "tout en maintenant formellement..." ou bien existe-t-il un terme juridique spécifique ?

J'ignore ce qui précède mais il est possible qu'il y ait eu un testament antérieur olographe et que la personne ne veuille pas que cela prête à des contestations. |
