Explanation:
"délivré à titre de copie" geeft geen enkele Google hit, dus ik zou er niet op tippen.

Als het om een notariële akte gaat, is ook de copie een authentieke akte.

Hoe dat in het Frans gaat, zie je op onderstaande website
