Mocht u aan het vorenstaande niet voldoen, ***dan stellen wij u reeds nu voor alsdan in gebreke en verzuim als naar de Wet*** en in welk geval wij ons vrij achten rechtsmaatregelen tegen u in te leiden.
C'est surtout le morceau de phrase entre ***...*** qui me pose des problèmes.
