In the text below, I do not understand "Kat" or "Kat-rijden" :

NOODBEDIENING

Wanneer de kraan betreden moet worden, kan er een gevaarlijke situatie ontstaan, daar deze automatisch kan bewegen.
Er is een sleutel schakelaar in het bediening paneel bij het kantoor geplaatst waar mee de kraan “Geblokkeerd” kan worden. Door de Sleutel schakelaar “KRAAN BLOKKEREN” aan te zetten worden Kraan en Kat-Rijden en de Takels geblokkeerd.
Boven op de kraan in het schakel paneel op de >>> kat <<< bevind zich een 2e sleutel schakelaar “KRAAN DEBLOKKEREN”. Bij het verlaten van de >>> Kat <<< dient de Kraan weer geblokkeerd te worden zodat de kraan veilig verlaten kan worden.
