Dutch term or phrase: soepele afstemming

Ook vorming en opleiding, het beheer van investeringsprojecten en een "soepele afstemming" tussen de fabriek en haar voornaamste interne leveranciers (aankoop, R&D, supply chain, ...) staan hoog op de agenda.

L'association des deux termes me pose problème au niveau de la traduction. Je n'aime pas l'adjectif souple, peut-être utiliser souplesse? J'attends vos suggestions. Merci
